Shannon was born in Switzerland, where the outdoors was part of everyday life, while Angus was raised in the English countryside in a family where home-grown and home-cooked food was simply the norm. Together, we both grew up with a strong connection to the seasons and a deep appreciation for the provenance of our food.

The seed for PLENTIFULL was planted in 2025, as we became increasingly frustrated with how inaccessible seasonal cooking had become in the UK. Supermarkets offered endless choice, but very little connection to where food actually came from, how it was grown or when it was naturally at its best.

Drawing on Shannon’s experience building luxury consumer brands, alongside Angus’ background in long-term strategy and investment management, we wanted to create something that felt beautifully considered but also genuinely useful. Three curated recipes each month, built around the season’s best organic, regenerative and wild-caught produce.

At its core, PLENTIFULL is a way of reconnecting with nature and supporting farmers doing the right thing for both people and planet. In time, we hope it can play a small part in building a more resilient British food culture, one season at a time.
